3. Experience

Your home inspector should be familiar with home construction and have experience in the inner workings of building a home.

4. Real Estate Experience

Your home inspector should be some what familiar with the Real Estate buying and selling process.

5. Reporting

The reporting method your inspector uses should be clear and easy to read and understand.
